LOW-FI VIDEO Compendium

LOW-FI VIDEO is a Belgrade based cultural association promoting independent short films and audio-visual works. The project was launched in 1997 at the Cinema Rex (cultural centre of Radio B92) and has up to now organized over 100 short film programmes and film festivals in Yugoslavia and abroad - among them the Yugoslav Festival of Cheap Film (Subotica, 2001) and the Mikrokino FEST (Belgrade, 2001).
